Unsolicited emails
If you have received a suspicious email which claims to be from Melolem:
If you have replied:
- If you have shared any bank account/card information, you must contact your bank and ask their support.
- If you have shared your Melolem account’s login details you must click to change your password.
If you have not replied:
- Do not click on any link.
- Do not reply to such emails.
Melolem NEVER sends out emails to any of its users to ask for any personal information.
Unsolicited calls:
If you have received a suspicious call which claims to be from Melolem:
If you have shared some information:
- If you have shared any bank account/card information, you must contact your bank and ask their support.
- If you have shared your Melolem account’s login details you must click to change your password.
If you have not shared any information:
We must note that Melolem NEVER calls any of its users.
Unsolicited Text Messages:
If you have received a suspicious text message which claims to be from Melolem:
If you have shared some information:
- If you have shared any bank account/card information, you must contact your bank and ask their support.
