To become a buyer or a seller on Melolem, first thing you need to do is to register. Our quick and secured registration allows you to start shopping on Melolem safely.

• Setting up your account

Melolem is a user friendly platform. To begin buying products on Melolem, you need to first register your account. Click on “Register”on the website header or any of our apps. Next, enter your email address and verify it by typing a verification code sent to your email inbox. Once this is done, a form will appear and you will be required to fill in the necessary details such as Name, Country, Address, Password, Postal code, Phone Number, etc.

Note: You must type these details carefully and accurately as the notifications, product delivery address, login information, etc, will be stored and used for future trading purposes. 

• Setting up your profile

The information you provided at the time of setting up your account, such as name, birthday, location, etc will be securely stored in Melolem’s database. These details can be changed by the user at any time. If you want to become a seller, you must first register yourself as a normal user and then click on “Open My Store” and follow the onboarding process to start selling. 

Buyers first names are visible on their product reviews and community posts and the buyers/recipients full names used for the fulfillment, delivery purposes.
